Adoptable Dogs

SADIE

This is Sadie. She's just under 2 years old, completely up to date, and spayed. We believe she is a mixture of German Shepherd, Akita, and possibly Husky. We pulled her from a shelter earlier this year and after a lot of searching we all, her adopter included, thought we had found her forever home; unfortunately because Sadie comes from a background of abuse and neglect, which includes starvation, her resource guarding and separation anxiety are too much and have caused minor injury to the resident dog in her new home. 

Sadie needs to find a very special home. She will probably need to be the only animal. You must be around for her 90% of the day. You must be willing to keep her as the only animal. She cannot be with children under 12. 

Sadie is an amazing dog - she is sweet and playful and such a great cuddler but she really does need that very special human to call her own.

She is being fostered by her adopter but this is not a tenable situation for much longer. If you think you’re the right person for Sadie, please complete the adoption form.
